Only members of the Association may reserve a burial plot. To retain a burial plot, the Member must also remain up to date with respect to payment of annual dues until the time of interment. Failure to do so my result in cancellation of their burial plot reservation. After approval by the board, a written copy of the plot reservation will be provided to the member and a copy retained in our online records. Members may view approved Burial Plot Reservations by contacting us at directors@fuquaerwincemetery.org to obtain the link to our GoogleDrive account.
If you wish to purchase a burial plot for yourself or a loved one, please fill out the form shown below. The board will review the request at our next meeting, verify that the space is available, that the purchase requirements have been met, and send you a written confirmation of approval.
